If you’ve never had a pie baked in a firewood oven, dine at this restaurant. The staff is attentive and friendly and will make your dining experience one to remember. They make their own cheeses, including vegan cheese, and they offer a large variety of pies. We recommend the bianca neopolitan or the il finocchio. You can also enjoy a pasta dish or a sandwich. 3. Floridino’s
Serving the community for more than 25 years, Floridino’s truly loves taking care of its customers, and you can taste it! They offer traditional and specialty pies as well as gourmet white sauce pies. Something that stands out at this restaurant is the pizza muffins, which are exactly what they sound like: stuffed muffins with veggies, pepperoni, cheese, chicken, and more. They also offer homemade calzones, sandwiches, and pasta. Find them at 590 N Alma School Rd #35.
4. Craft 64
This joint, located at 68 W Buffalo St., makes its dough from scratch and uses a wood-fired oven that is actually imported from Italy. You can dine inside, or on a beautiful day, you can enjoy your meal on the patio. Choose from their several varieties of pies, such as the smokehouse, the senza formaggio, or the honey bee. Ask for the bruschetta or cheese bread and sip on a cold beer or glass of wine while you wait. Please drink responsibly and in moderation.
